Nowadays, a method is known that provides benefits applied to surgical patients, described by Emil and Estrid Vodder in 1936 known as Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which focuses on the lymphatic system, one of the most neglected and controversial issues throughout history, so it is important its research. In this work we analyze the efficacy of MLD treatment on pain, edema and functional movement in post-surgical patients.
