Teacher, trainer, administrator, motivator, and creator, all these words have been used to describe Pastor Darryl E. Seay. Pastor Seay serves as senior pastor of Liberty and Truth Ministries in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a growing multicultural ministry changing lives through the truth of God's word. He has served in various ministry capacities during his more than 25 years of ministry including; the first assistant to the pastor, Coordinator of Pastoral Care Ministry, Dean of the Mount Zion Church Bible College, and Director of Christian Education. Pastor Seay is a sought-after preacher, presenter, consultant, and lecturer. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Impact School of Leadership in Milwaukee. He currently serves as a professor at Ignite Bible College and Seminary teaching the Masters of Theology Degree Program.
Professionally Pastor Seay has worked for more than 20 years in the non-profit arena. His last position was as the Director of Operations and Program Development for Innovative Family Partnerships in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Currently, Pastor Seay serves as the CEO of the LTM Freedom Center. Through his visionary leadership the organization has partnered with Children's Service Society of Wisconsin to recruit foster and adoptive families from the faith community; partnered Cru Inner City and Metrobrook Church to provide afterschool services to Milwaukee area youth through the Say Yes After School Center and the organization has also served men and women in recovery from addiction to alcohol and other drugs through the Milwaukee County Wiser Choice program.
Pastor Seay holds a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel Services in Higher Education from Memphis State University. He also has a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Transformational Leadership at Bethel University. Pastor Seay has been married to his partner in life, marriage, and ministry Marla for over 20 years. They have been blessed with four children Jeremiah, Caleb, Joshua, and Lydia.
