Like its name, the Karunaagapuram village, was swamped by serious of deaths in mysterious circumstances. The investigation files along with case were closed without any significant findings.

None of the police officers, who entered the village to investigate the deaths were alive. In spite of this background, a CBCID inspector Santosh, decides to take the challenge and enters the Karunaagapuram village to uncover the mystery.

Aruna, a audacious and bold girl, doctor by profession, reports to police department, about an accident that she sees in a highway. She understands that her act was a blunder as it turns evil against her.

The first phase of investigation reveals that the person injured in the accident has a link to doctor Aruna. The cops finds out enough evidences of the link. Aruna denies cops allegation strongly. The cops are not ready to believe Aruna and intensifies their investigation.
