The Little Book of Therapeutic Rationality provides 300 quotations to help people improve their mental health in small 'bite-sized' chunks. The book is divided into four parts. The first part focuses on what Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) has to contribute to mental well-being. The second part provides brief reflections on common emotional problems and how they can be addressed. The third part focuses on the therapeutic change process and provides encouragement to people who have embarked on this process to stay the course. The final part of the book covers a variety of general issues pertaining to good mental health. It is the author's hope that the book will be helpful to both clients in therapy and people engaged in some form of therapeutic self-help.
