Merchant and information broker Avra Pii K'tark'ah has found key information about who the invaders are - but not why they have come. The attacking infiltrators are not the only force from beyond the void. Another arrives, assisting the races of the galaxy and fighting the invaders. But are they saviors - or another threat?
