»Corporate Sanctioning. Development of a Sentencing Guideline«: The thesis deals with the question how broad turnover-related sanction frameworks can be designed in a determinable manner within corporate sanctioning. During a legal comparison, in which the sentencing guidelines from the common law legal tradition as well as the fining concepts of the Federal Cartel Office, the Federal Financial Services Office and the Data Protection Conference were consulted, the author develops her own sentencing guideline for corporate sanctioning.
