Charles Feggans lived in an area not far from Miller Homes for many years. He would often visit friends there. He knew about the gangs and hustlers. About the police coming many times trying to control bad situations. Miller Homes received its name as "Killer Homes" because the violence that continued to exist until its last days. Charles now lives on the out skirts of Trenton where he helps take care of his grantson part time and has remarried to a wonder lady who supports his efforts.
