The Museu do Amanhã is an innovative, highly technological museum and one of the most visited museums in Brazil and the world, even if only virtually. Even before the pandemic, technology had been a prominent theme in formal and non-formal spaces. The Anthropocene, an exhibition that leads visitors to reflect on actions that can reduce environmental impacts, is made up of totems with sequences of images and texts from the perspective of the antecedents of this new era and its contemporary evidence. Cosmos, an exhibition that addresses the view that we are made of the same matter as the stars, that we connect with the Universe and with our origins, is made up of a video viewed inside a dome. Terra, an exhibition that relates matter, life and thought to the planet through three cubes with different technological resources. Technology, an important topic with a major social impact, has been used by the Museum of Tomorrow as a way of creating greater interactivity with visitors, as well as a strategy for disseminating scientific knowledge using various resources, such as images and sounds.
