The Retire in Thailand Handbook 2026 (Revised Fourth Edition) is a follow-up to the original book I wrote in 2017, The Retire in Thailand Handbook...The First Six Months, which I wrote shortly after I retired to Thailand. The book was intended to be a resource for those contemplating retirement in Thailand, helping them to avoid the expensive and time-consuming mistakes I made when I first retired to the Land of Smiles. Much has changed in the last few years.
